After watching Clint Cora from http://www.clintcora.com and his ACL surgery recovery motivation video it inspired me to write a post about what I am doing to stay motivated during my ACL surgery recovery here is my post including Clints video...I would be really interested in hearing what you are doing or did do during your rehab that allowed you to stay focused on recovery.
